Tailored integration of return to safe exercises for new mums.

Reformer based training.

Why?

Maintaining a strength and core stability is vital for all of us to carry our many of the sport, lifestyle and leisure activities we enjoy. As we have injuries and age some of our more traditional fitness programs are not suitable for our bodies anymore.
Maintaining fitness and strength in pregnancy allows mums to reduce the risk of back and pelvic pain during and after pregnancy.
