Is My Injury covered by ACC?

ACC covers injuries that are classed as an accident. Refer to their website for more information. https://www.acc.co.nz. I can fill out your ACC form here when you arrive for treatment there is no need to go to a doctor or have an ACC number prior to attending the clinic for treatment.
 

How many treatements will i need?

It is difficult to say how many treatments we will need until I have assessed your injury. This is something we can discuss at the initial assessment and obviously work with you to try and accommodate any special circumstances.
 

Where is the Clinic located?

The Clinic is located in Campbells Bay. I am up a back driveway and you will see a “GoPhysio” sign on the fence at the entrance to the driveway. Head up the drive and enter through a glass sliding door off the drive next to the garage.
