How much activity is ok for our kids to be doing....?

Lots of parents ask about how much sports their kids should be doing and in what areas should their sport be focused. This article is a great reminder on not training our kids too hard or specialising to early. The take home message is that kids should be doing no more hours of sport (training, competition games, PE) than the childs age. For example a 10 year old should not be doing more than 10 hours of regulated sport per week. Free play for kids is still super important!
